Although we cannot discuss the appraisal with you without permission of the client, we can and will verify that what you have is what we wrote. If you wish to discuss this report with us, please ask the Loan Officer, Mortgage Broker, or Client listed on the report to email us permission to do so. If permission is not obtainable, please order a desk appraisal with the same effective date as the date on the report in question and we will develop a new report for you, at which time we can discuss all aspects of the subject property, including value conclusions with you. This is in keeping with Certification 20 and 22 of the Fannie Mae 1004 URAR Certification. This service is provided at no charge to assist Lenders in their Mortgage Fraud prevention efforts.
